Hotel Verticca - Santa Cruz Tecamac

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and I had an incredible experience. The staff was attentive and courteous, always making sure that my room was fully stocked and providing exceptional service. The restaurant served delicious food, even the continental breakfast was top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for my workouts. This place truly exceeded my expectations and made my first hotel stay abroad unforgettable.

We had a pleasant experience in the hotel which had a beautiful gym and a restaurant with amazing continental breakfast. the location was convenient with attentive staff and fully stocked rooms, even when we didn't request housekeeping. the lobby and floors above were perfect, and the security was great.

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing, and the security at the front door was sometimes slow to open the door, especially when we had to wait for them.

A Romantic Escape

During my romantic escape, we were amazed by the hotel's overall cleanliness. The lobby and the rooms above were spotlessly clean, and the staff was always attentive. We loved the fact that the hotel had a well-equipped gym for our morning workouts. The continental breakfast was an impressive spread, and the restaurant food was delicious. the hotel's prime location provided easy access to fantastic shopping and dining experiences.

One of the negative aspects we experienced was the entrance to the building. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to have to be escorted by security to enter the hotel.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure that everything was stocked in my room. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. They offered a delicious continental breakfast, and the gym facilities were perfect. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. the entrance is tricky to find and if you arrive late, security will not let you in easily.

Staying at Hotel Verticca was a good experience from start to finish. The lobby and all the floors above were amazing. The staff was attentive and courteous, making us feel valued as guests. We were blown away by the perfect condition of the hotel and its facilities. The restaurant, including the continental breakfast, was nothing short of amazing. Even when we didn't request housekeeping, our room was always fully stocked. The gym was also perfect, great to stay fit. I highly recommend this hotel for a excellent experience.
